In the final stanza on Monday afternoon, the Dons’ aim was a little more accurate and the team managed to mount a stronger defensive stand and prevailed 14-10 against the host Jackrabbits. In the opening minutes of the fourth quarter, Jan-Michael Pineda made two quick pivot moves around Poly defenders in the post to tally the tying score and go-ahead score to give Cerritos the lead, and the team added two more en route to it’s nonleague victory. Pineda finished the game with four goals, Biag scored five, Chao added three for the Dons. Soderberg led Poly with four goals, and Ward tallied two. “We just couldn’t make anything happen for us offensively (or defensively) in the fourth quarter. And it came back to bite us,” Poly coach Scott Penttila said. “They (the Jackrabbits) gave it their all. I thought we actually played pretty well.” 160Want local news?Sign up for the Localist and stay informed Something went wrong. Please try again.subscribeCongratulations! You’re all set! My goalie was letting everything in. We were just giving them shots all around the pool. “In the second half, I told them if they want to have any chance at winning this game, they would have to step it up defensively, not just my goalie.” The Dons (17-2), ranked No. 6 in CIF Southern Section Division III, entered the third quarter trailing, 8-6, before Pineda and Dan Biag scored two consecutive goals to tie the score at 8. Poly (8-9) forged ahead briefly on a goal by Justin Ward with 2:27 left. And with less than 42 seconds remaining, Cerritos struck twice on power-play goals, one on a shot by Chattai Duanjai and another by John Chao, to give Cerritos a 10-9 advantage. But for the second time in the game and time ticking away, Poly’s David Soderberg launched a half-pool shot that found its mark to tie the game, but the Jackrabbits went scoreless the rest of the way.

They’ve told me about that project and it sounds interesting – that’s why I wanted to join.“The club belongs in the top flight and we’re hoping to make that happen. It’s a massive club with a massive fan base. It’s a club that belongs in the Premier League and one that should really be fighting for promotion.“I’ve played here against Leeds a few times. Posters declaring Union Minister and BJP MP from Nawada in Bihar, Giriraj Singh, as “missing” sprung up on the walls in his constituency on Wednesday. The posters also announced a reward of ₹11,000 to those who would provide information about him.“Union Minister and MP from Nawada Giriraj Singh has been missing for last several years…the people of Rajauli are desperately searching him…whoever sees him or gets him are kindly requested to inform the people of Rajauli…those who will inform about him will be rewarded with ₹11,000,” said the poster donning a large-size picture of Mr. Singh, who is Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Narendra Modi Cabinet. Hindutva standRajauli is a subdivision of Nawada district, the parliamentary constituency of Mr. Singh. Mr. Singh has been often hitting headlines for his hard Hindutva stand and statements. In 2016 too a “missing” poster was pasted for Mr. Singh in Barbigha town of his constituency for non-development of the area. Soon the Minister visited Barbigha and held a meeting with the locals. Mr. Singh, though, has been visiting his constituency every now and then while holding meetings with the locals, say many in his constituency.“The poster has been pasted by some anti-social elements belonging to Opposition parties to defame our MP… everyone knows that our MP visits different parts of his constituency every month,” said Ranjit Kumar, local BJP leader in Rajauli. The local BJP workers and leaders have removed the posters. “Only recently our MP had visited several villages in the Meskaur block of Rajauli…people must be aware of such rumour-mongers and mischief makers,” said district BJP president Sashi Bhushan Kumar ‘Bablu’. Locals said the MP had promised them renovation work on National Highway-31 but it had not been started yet despite several reminders to him.

We must use that.“Then Sunday is a big opportunity. Look, we’re a team, let’s go again. Let’s go, like that second half. Our best, it’s all we can do.”That second half he referred to was the 45 minutes against Watford on Saturday which saw Spurs lay siege to the visitors’ goal until they finally cancelled out Abdoulaye Doucoure’s opener with four minutes left.
Video: Dabo Swinney’s Passionate Halftime Speech To Clemson: “You Win With Class, You Lose With Class”
ESPNThings are going pretty well for Clemson down in Miami. The Tigers took a 42-0 lead into halftime, and have tacked on another three points so far in the third quarter. CU has already started benching some starters, including quarterback Deshaun Watson. Interesting, at the beginning of the break, Dabo Swinney kept his team out on the field for a few minutes before sending them to the locker room. Video shows that he was giving a passionate speech, in which he tells his team that Clemson “wins with class” and “loses with class.” We’re not sure if Swinney was just issuing a reminder with his team up big, or if something happened with the Tigers. There was a dust-up during pregame warmups between the two teams. Either way, it is definitely interesting. Biswas missed Naihati Station as he was fast asleep and when he woke up, he realised that he had reached Kankinara station. Without wasting any time, he deboarded in the wee hours. Having found no option to return home, he decided to halt at the station and planned to take the first train to Naihati. While he was waiting at platform number 3 at around 2.30 am, a gang of armed miscreants walked up to him and tried to snatch his valuables. A scuffle broke out which eventually turned fatal as the miscreants hurled bombs on Biswas and fled.
