We must use that.“Then Sunday is a big opportunity. Look, we’re a team, let’s go again. Let’s go, like that second half. Our best, it’s all we can do.”That second half he referred to was the 45 minutes against Watford on Saturday which saw Spurs lay siege to the visitors’ goal until they finally cancelled out Abdoulaye Doucoure’s opener with four minutes left.
Video: Dabo Swinney’s Passionate Halftime Speech To Clemson: “You Win With Class, You Lose With Class”
ESPNThings are going pretty well for Clemson down in Miami. The Tigers took a 42-0 lead into halftime, and have tacked on another three points so far in the third quarter. CU has already started benching some starters, including quarterback Deshaun Watson. Interesting, at the beginning of the break, Dabo Swinney kept his team out on the field for a few minutes before sending them to the locker room. Video shows that he was giving a passionate speech, in which he tells his team that Clemson “wins with class” and “loses with class.” We’re not sure if Swinney was just issuing a reminder with his team up big, or if something happened with the Tigers. There was a dust-up during pregame warmups between the two teams. Either way, it is definitely interesting. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer expects Paul Pogba to be fit for Manchester United’s blockbuster clash with Tottenham, although he played down talk of Sunday’s match representing a first real test.United have won four games from four in the Premier League since Solskjaer was put in temporary charge until the end of the season, but they were dealt a blow as Pogba missed their FA Cup victory over Reading through injury following an incident involving Newcastle United’s Jonjo Shelvey last week. With Solskjaer taking his side to Wembley for a tricky encounter against Spurs following a favourable initial fixture list, the United boss will be pleased to have Pogba available again, having featured in recent training sessions during the clubs mid-season trip to Dubai. But, of course, Sunday’s game is against a top, top side. If we want to get closer to [Tottenham], we need a good performance and a good result.”Despite the improved level of the opposition, though, Solskjaer will encourage United to attack Tottenham as they have amid their four-game winning streak in the Premier League.”You always adapt to any opposition and we’re playing one of the best teams in the league, so of course we’ve got to be aware of their strengths,” he added.”But I’ve been brought up in a way that we need to attack teams. That’s our strength as well: going forward and attacking teams.”We’re not going to get as many chances to attack as we have before, so we’ve got to be ready for when we get hold of the ball, to play well with it and make sure we use the whole pitch as well.”

We want to continue to work and learn a lot in order to bring a good team to the pitch in the summer of 2020.”Of course there is always talk in football, we are a footballing country and everyone has their opinion, but that must not disturb us in our work. Former Ohio State assistant coach Zach Smith, who was fired by the Buckeyes in July, has issued some new comments on his situation and the Urban Meyer punishment in an interview with USA TODAY.Smith maintains that he never committed domestic violence against his ex-wife, Courtney Smith, and states that Ohio State poorly handled its decision to suspend Meyer.Meyer, Ohio State’s head coach since 2012, has been suspended for the first three games of the season. Athletic director Gene Smith has also been suspended.Zach Smith says that Meyer never protected him and didn’t deserve to be punished.“He never protected me,” Smith said in a telephone interview with USA TODAY Sports. “Urban knew the truth. That’s what’s lost in all this: the truth. Everything he’s said negatively about me, that’s all on Ohio State. That’s all from the pressure they put on him to keep his job because they are spineless. That’s why they fired Jim Tressel. They are absolutely spineless and that probably come from the board, the president – all of them.”Zach Smith also spoke about some of the social media reaction to the allegations against him and Meyer.“In order to be charged, you have to commit a crime and that’s the problem here,” Zach Smith said. “People on social media want to convict people for things that people really investigated and looked into. … What matters is that people who are paid to investigate, investigated and nothing came of it. People who are not paid to investigate want to convict me, but the problem is people were paid to investigate didn’t charge me. Here we are. We are dealing with social media idiots who want to convict someone on what?“There’s nothing.”You can read his full comments here.
